Moment For Moment

Another year, another projection, another self-reflection, another list. Thousand and one things come into light, many thoughts have been realized, every action that was made is a story for the keeping, each mistake and misstep is a lesson for the learning. But only in a dimmed theatre can we depart momentarily from the cold, harsh reality - a fatigued world submerged in danger and despair. Though life imitates art, art itself is a beautiful distraction of epiphany. We stand, entirely exposed, imbibing doses of inspirations that lead us to conceive and create works only few are keen to appreciate. Yet we continue to pursue, on and on, with that last impression engraved in mind, an ambition within our reach.

2015 saw many bookmarks affixed for the memory vault. Great moments to perk up Sunday mornings reminiscing. And as we begin to write new stories on a fresh page in the chapter of life, charting the cinematic road of the past one year seems imperative as an epilogue to a satisfying journey, so let me take this moment to put thoughts into visuals, and present fifteen of my favourite films of 2015...
